Return Policy
Orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and handling fees plus $7.95 per order. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. Please note we do not accept returns for skin care or cosmetic products due to health reasons, so make your selections carefully. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
We can not accept items for return that have been opened or used.

Backorder Policy
We currently do not place any products on backorder.
Shipping Policies
All orders are shipped via UPS. The processing of orders will be 2-5 business days after the order is placed. The standard shipping fee is $5.95 with a $2.00 handling fee. We only ship within the continental United States. No international orders will be taken at this time. We are expecting to open up to international orders in the near future.
Damaged Goods Policy
Contact Discount Perfume Scent's customer service if a product has been damaged within 24-48 hours after you receive your order. Please send an email to customerservice@discountperfumescents.com or call 866-916-6471. Please save the product and packaging material in case an inspection is required.
